- Chinmoyee and Sreemoyee Biswas, Shobie's creation. I am making foodstuffs and snacks at home for many years. My aim is to make stuff with high nutritional value. So for that, I use to experimenting with ingredients. Instead of using sugar, I prefer refined jaggery. It's healthy and nutritious as well as preferable for diabetic patients. This time I have tried Asli muffins with this refined jaggery and I am so happy to know that everyone liked it.
- Rama Gupta, SPR creations Our aim is to utilize waste in the best way. So we use scrape cloths, old denim for making handbags. Using this zero waste scrape we design masks, small pouch bags. Our apron made with leftover cloths is our most liked products.

Jute is an environmentally friendly fiber and a raw material used for manufacturing a wide range of handicraft products as well. Jute has traveled a long journey from ‘sack’ to ‘sophistication’ and some of the diversified jute products have become the choice of connoisseurs too. We are showcasing jute as a diversified product, various stylish items like jute floor coverings, hand and shopping bags, wall hangings, gift articles, decorative fabrics.
- Disha Wadhwani, Sakaratmak Soch
Our stall's main attraction is our Samriddhi Bowl. It's a guggle diya that we have made using the leftover rose petals of Mandir and cow dung. Earlier we used marry gold flowers but they don't create great essence so we use only rose petals for better fragrance with the stuffing of pure guggle. We also use waste fabric sheets to make creative planters and home decor items.

We use to manufacture and produce a cold-pressed oil in sufficient quantities. Cold pressing is the intended extraction of oil without heat. However, no matter how you do it, there will be heat involved. The friction involved in crushing seeds to remove the oil will generate heat. So cold pressing is really about minimizing heat and keeping the product as cool as possible to provide a healthier, more flavorful oil. We have exhibited almond, sesame, and mustard oil along with multigrain flour, Bafla atta, Jau Daliya, Alsi and Mordhan chikki.
