Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji is an Hindi serial on Star Plus which is being produced by Gul Khan and Nilanjana Purkayassth, who have given viewers the popular show, Kulfi Kumar Bajewala have been working on a social drama now. Talented TV actors Jasmin Bhasin and Ansh Bagri are playing the lead roles in this new show. Handsome and talented actor Ansh Bagri is got a lot of appreciation for his portrayal in Rashmi Sharma’s co-production movie, ‘Days of Tafree. We got to know a lot more about this show from the lead star of the show Ansh Bagri. Here is the excerpt of Byline Bhopal’s interview with Actor Ansh Bagri who recently visited Bhopal for the promotion of “Dil toh happy hai ji.”

What Ansh feels about Bhopal :

Donning on role of Rocky, actor Ansh Bagri talks about his visit to Bhopal, “I have never visited this city but I have heard a lot about it and the people here. I really like the weather and wish to explore the city.”

Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji is the story of Happy Mehra who tries to find happiness in small things. With this show StarPlus is introducing happiness into your lives. Welcome Happy as she makes you smile and laugh with her wit and her way of life. It’s not a show, it’s a philosophy.

This is my Dream role :

On his lead role of Rocky, he states, “I have never done any role like this before. If you look at such a role on the big screen, only a person like Salman Khan can carry such a role. It is the role of a guy with aura and swag. To play such a character on the small screen is great. The way the production house is shooting is not like a typical daily soap. Rocky has his funda very clear – he does whatever his mind says. He says this always in the show. He has swag, intensity. Girls love him and it is great to play such a character.”

Rocky’s role is trendsetter for Youth :

On his expectations on the role and show, he states, “Even when I did my film, I was not so very confident but expected that it will do well. India’s Next Superstars was also the same way where expectations were high. This time I am not expecting anything at all as I am very confident. There is an energy from within which I have never felt before. I feel audience will love every character of the show – Rocky, Happy, Chintu. People are going to love Rocky a lot. I feel this will be a trendsetter with the youth. Rocky has the charisma to attract the youth. The New Year has started well and I believe that I will get the love of fans through their acceptance. My dil is truly ‘happy’. •
