After the complete lockdown in the state, people infected with Corona started having problems in eating and drinking. The hospitalized patients and their families had to wander around in search of food. In view of these problems, the Kala Kunj Foundation started a Food for Positive campaign, and under it, they started providing free food to Corona infected persons and their families. They are distributing free food for the last 50 days so far. They are providing complete meals to people who are in home isolation, those who need food, and those who are hospitalized.

A patient recently discharged from the hospital said that he never felt he is hospitalized, it's a home-like treatment. Especially because of the food, which was just like home-cooked food, delicious, tasty, and nutritious containing balanced diet. He further added, surprisingly I use to eat extra chapatis, although I have a limited diet. All I can say is, the food was cooked with great intentions, which made me recover soon, although my condition was extremely critical. Thanks to the doctor, staff and Kala Kunj foundation for saving my life.
HELP PEOPLE & SAVE THE HUMANITY
Pooja Shree Chouksey, the founder of this organization, said that her own relatives faced a lot of problems when the corona got infected. She told that at the time of illness, a person is struggling with weakness and in such a situation he needs support. She further said that in view of these problems, in this difficult time, through his organization, she stepped forward to help the people and save humanity. This campaign was made available to all people through social media. In this, all the people of the area were fully supported, they shared this message very much and as a result, reached our word to all the people.
In a situation like this, getting something as basic as food becomes tough, especially for those people who stay alone and are infected. Life's most persistent and urgent question right now in this pandemic is 'what am I doing for others?' For me, there is no higher religion than human service, and service to humanity is service to God.
