IAS Officers' Wives Association (IASOWA) will support the mobilization of candidates for various employment-oriented training organized by CRISP.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) and IAS Officers' Wives Association. IASOWA will support in the mobilization of candidates for various employment-oriented training organized by CRISP.

CRISP is currently organizing various training for unemployed youth under skill development scheme of Mukhya Mantri Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana (MMKSY), Pradhanmantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation (NBCFDC) and Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC). The main objective of this training is to provide livelihood and employment opportunities to unemployed youth. Under these programs, trainees will be assisted by knowledge, skills and personality development to work as a semi-skilled and skilled technician, self – employment and entrepreneurship development.
In this regard, an MoU was signed between IASOWA and CRISP. The agreement was signed by Mrs. Nandini Mohanty, Director of IASOWA and Mukesh Sharma, Chief Executive Officer, CRISP.Mrs. Mohanty appreciated the work being done by CRISP in the area of Skill Development and assured that CRISP and IASOWA will continue to work together in the future also. On the occasion, Dr. Ritu Kesari and Dr. Geeta Narhari from IASOWA and Mr. Rajesh Maheshwari, Mr. Basant Sutar and Mr. Faisal from CRISP were also present.
